Meet the Team Behind the Agency
Long before I ever imagined opening my own law firm, I was fascinated by the power of a brand. In law school, the Louis Vuitton v. YSL trademark law case was the moment it clicked for me: a trademark could be far more than words on a registration certificate. The flame was ignited. I knew that trademark law was the path for me.
After graduating Summa Cum Laude from the University of Georgia with a degree in Political Science, I went on to Emory University School of Law, graduating with a Juris Doctor and passing the Georgia Bar Exam. I immediately began my legal career in Big Law, immersing myself in all things trademark law. I worked on sophisticated trademark matters for some of the world’s most recognizable brands, including McDonald’s and ULTA, as well as emerging businesses across food, beauty, fashion, technology and beyond. Over the years, I’ve worked with IP portfolios of more than 2,000 marks and developed particular depth in client development, trademark searches, risk analysis, prosecution, trademark enforcement and portfolio strategy. I later joined a boutique all trademark law firm as the Senior Trademark Attorney, where I guided clients through the full trademark journey, from that first “Is this name available?” to “Congratulations, your mark is registered!”
